Description:  Paddle the Bow River through the south of city

Difficulties of Rapids: No described rapids, some fast flowing water and Bridge pillars

Expected Flow:  Medium, Weather and water levels are looking fine

Duration:  All day , ~ 14 km, ~ 3-4 hours, We anticipate having new members and will take our time with introductions and shuttling everyone

If it's warm we will also take our time on the river and have little stops and a good lunch stop to allow for everyone's comfort and needs (to stretch, go to the bathroom etc).
